A review of environmental factors is prepared for each construction site that addresses issues such as pollution control, traffic control and the possibility of endangered species. Various reports are prepared including environmental management and safe work plans, and our staff overseeing construction ensures that contractors follow correct safety procedures.
All our subdivision designs follow the strictest government guidelines for engineering design and soil and water management to ensure that ecologically sustainable developments are achieved.
